The staff is so friendly and courteous. Everyone so helpful. Love the pool area and the different restaurants that are apart of Barcelo. Love the view from our windows, the premium lounge on the 6th floor and who ever was playing the piano in the lobby. "

"Probably the reason we wouldn’t stay there again is because of the lack of simple amenities. A mirror in the main area would be nice. There was no toothpaste in the reception area, even though there were toothbrushes. The one bottle of water that was offered, looked like it had already been opened. Service was good and the beds were comfortable."
