"Nice centrally located property in a busy touristy area on Gran Via. We liked the apartment style hotel with plenty of space for our family of 8. Lots to do and see around the area. However there is a lot of city noise and the apartment does not have much noise buffering. Woke up a few times to sirens, loud talking and garbage collection. Otherwise a great stay. Would consider staying here again "

"The property is very clean and neat. We stayed as a family with kids for 3 days. The fact that this place quite literally sandwiched between Lidl and Carrefour supermarkets was extremely convenient. Right in the front is the metro station, and many tourist attractions including the palace, Plaza de Sol, Plaza Mayor, etc were easily walkable. However, the neighborhood in front of the property was shady looking - ran into large crowd of people smoking weed and abusing substances."
