"The staff was so caring and genuine. Unlike anywhere I’ve ever been. If you sit back for a moment you can see it when they move about. They are passionate and take pride in their service to you….aside from the hotel and staff, the only bad thing that didn’t let me personally enjoy my trip and relax is people on the beach trying to sell you things. They keep walking up they make you take pictures with their parrot and tell you to pay them $30-$40 for taking a photograph on your phone sometimes more. I tried relaxing on the beach and people kept walking up trying to sell items and excursions. They don’t work for the hotels but since it’s a public beach they come on it and literally harass people. They have nothing to do with the staff but the hotels can do something about them that would be awesome! "
