"Phoenix is a great city! Felt very safe. Valet parking was a fair price and very convenient. The hotel is nice but the elevators were having issues and it sometimes took 15 min to get on. The elevators were such an issue that we took the stairs (which were not clearly marked) a few times… TO THE 10th FLOOR!! We would stay here again though (if the elevators are working). The rooms were very clean. We had to ask the front desk for housekeeping to reset our room … then it was done right away....

"The first day I arrived it was hard to get someone to help me but the second day that I stayed everyone was attentive from morning till night whenever I went to front desk. I guess the first night I was here was must have been an off day for them but overall I had an amazing experience and they accommodated everything that I requested. I give them a 9 out of 10"

"Almost everything was satisfactory about this stay except check in... The staff was great but the only one desk person to check in a long line of guests. Our party had just surfaced from the Grand canyon earlier in the day after three days, all tired, wore out, and in bad need of showers. To then wait 45 minutes to check into our room was not convenient. However, again, staff was friendly and unflappable, but needed more help. Otherwise great stay. "

"My stay here was absolutely everything I wanted. I had orginallly booked at a hotel that was sketchy and I have to find a last min reservation. I found the Hyatt and they accommodated me immediately. The staff was amazing went above and beyond. The shuttle made it easy to get to my meetings. I rented a car but didn’t need to. I will absolutely be visiting again. I can’t thank the staff enough for helping me feel safe, and treating me like family. "
