"I enjoyed a one night stay at the Phoenix in Copenhagen and would have certainly stayed a few more days if I had the time; Clean rooms, a delicious breakfast buffet, and a wonderful staff. Thank you!"

"We had a nice apartment with a view to the cinema. It looked great. Lots of storage for clothes and bathroom things. Many mirrors and two TVs. Cozy lights in the living room area. Black out blinds everywhere and it was quite quiet. The bed was big and comfortable and there were many pillows. There are sockets everywhere. Friendly staff :) Sadly there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom and there were no towels/cloths/paper towels in the kitchen area. Great stay all in all, would go again!"

The services team level of responsiveness and support are on par with international 5 star properties. "First class hotel adjacent to the Tivoli Gardens. The junior suite had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable and the complimentary snacks and drinks along with the tea and coffee station were great when we checked in. We also enjoyed a great meal in the brasserie on site and took advantage of the free entry to Tivoli. Would definitely stay again."

"I loved everything about this hotel! It was even better in person than in the photos (I didn’t think that could be possible!) but the rooms were so luxurious and comfortable and the hotel lounge was such a cozy gathering place. We took full advantage of ‘cozy hour’ and enjoyed a free glass of wine at 5 pm to wind down the day and chat with other travellers. The staff were excellent and so responsive. I will definitely be going back to this hotel again - it’s one of the best small hotels I’ve ever been to and one of the most affordable too!"

"Good spot for a solo traveller, good value for money with large window. Brilliant location to walk to all the nearby attractions. Easy check in and check out. Great food spots surrounding the area, would highly recommend to anyone traveling and need to rest their heads quickly before heading out again for a packed day of sightseeing. "
