And rooms are basic with no cleaning provided unless requested for environmental reasons - I am used to towel and sheet changes only on request but no cleaning at all, not even...

"This pace was great! The location is a block from Hyhaven restaurants and an easy walk to shopping and Christmas markets. The staff was incredible! Ann did a great job of ensuring we had an awesome stay! Breakfast was always a treat with many choices. They booked restaurants for us, called a cab when needed and were always eager to help with any request. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. If we are ever in Copenhagen again we’ll definitely stay at the Strand! "
