"The hotel is clean and staff are prompt and friendly. The view of Copacabana from the room and roof deck are breathtaking. We had a few issues in our bathroom with fixtures coming loose off the wall. We called and they had it fixed immediately. Upon checkout I found it odd they added another room’s bar charge to my room’s bill. When I questioned it at checkout, the front desk associate asked if they, the other room’s guests, were my friends. Was odd to me given the receipt clearly had someone...

"The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet excellent. The location is convenient to both Copacabana and Ipanema. My only quibble is the room did not contain a trash can and the bed was slightly lopsided. Otherwise this was pleasant stay."

"We loved how close to the beach it was, like 5 min walk, the breakfast was pretty decent and fullfiling, there was farmacy, laundry mat, supermarket and so much just 5 to 10 min walks. It could be more clean, but overall I could stay there as mostly I was out enjoying Rio. "
