"I have stayed here two times so far. The place is great. You can park infront of your room. The rooms are very clean and modern. The air conditioning works great. Each room has wifi and a tv with netflix. The bathrooms are really nice and clean. Overall a great place to stay "

"An overnight stay out of school holidays so very quiet. A large well equipped unit. Friendly and helpful staff. Veranda with bush views and nice walks around the property. Close to town and the beach but the sign is hard to see in the dark. If are a light sleeper and leave the heating on, you may be woken by what sounds like a truck at 5:30 am. It is just the cooling unit right outside the bedroom window so remember to turn it off!"

"Great central location. Excellently priced accommodation and the staff were very friendly. I was there to research and potentially buy property, so I wasn't very social but i'll be back again soon to the Valley and there is only one place I will stay. Many thanks to everyone at the Commercial, Oh and the food was excellent!!"

"Clean comfortable Cabin. Beds were good. We were able to cook a leg of lamb with roast vegies and cook green vegies. Really appreciated the cooking facilities. The gum trees at the back were beautiful and there was a lovely aroma from them."

"Booked through Expedia, sight unseen, we were pleasantly surprised. Warmly greeted on arrival by Corinne (and a couple of rascally Furkids), we were shown the premises and given a choice of rooms with a theme. We took "Africa" and were not disappointed. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! If you expect Glass and Marble with gold rimmed toilet seats, don't bother going. "Comfy bed, good bench desk with convenient power point. Good bench space in bathroom to place bathroom goods on. Reasonable sized fridge. Heater works. View over town and to the water beyond that from outside sitting area. Good phone reception. Could do with a lighter desk chair, but otherwise great motel."

"The accomodation is on a large property overlooking the lake. The room was large and comfortable with a private balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The decor is a bit dated, but still in excellent condition. The property is well maintained. We would happily stay there again. "
