"The hotel is beautiful. Not your typical hotel with check-in but it was a totally unique experience. Very cozy rooms. The only thing some people may have an issue with is no elevators which makes getting up the steps with a suitcase a little challenging but otherwise a very nice stay. There was no staff or on site services though but there is a convenient restaurant located in the hotel for lunch and dinner."

"Pros: The front desk employee was very polite and helpful. The hotel is located rogh off the main road. There are several restaurants near by. Noodles and Co. is next door. Cons: the beds were not very comfortable, the mattress was firm and squicky, there was no body wash or soap in the bathroom. However, there was hand soap outside the bathroom where the sink was located."

Both people we talked to at the desk during our stay were very friendly and helpful, and the girl working there at night (Madison) went above and beyond helping us with a phone charger issue (nothing wrong with the room, our own charger was the problem)"

"I have stayed here many times but not since the renovations and even then it was a great stay! The Staff was fantastic and welcoming, we received an early check-in, food and beverage credit PLUS a room upgrade. The room was spectacular, The Pfister King Suite ... we hardly wanted to leave it. The history and overall vibe of this hotel is wonderful, plus a great lobby bar with several dining options on-site. We can't wait for our next stay and will be back. "

A Cheaper Hotel but a good place to stay

"I only stayed overnight, however I thought it was worth the price. The rooms and the whole hotel are clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room I stayed in looked like it was missing some trim pieces up by the ceiling in the sleeping area. "
