"Great location! I stayed here in December 2024, I had some problems with the room, but they were resolved quickly. The rooms are a good size, but you may need earplugs as you can hear everything happening outside your room - from the elevator, to other guests in the hall etc. There we no real curtains, but they weren't needed as the shutters did a great job. It's not so much a hotel, you stay in a room in an 'apartment', the lift is at the end of a corridor, outside. But it was a pleasant enough...

"Everything about the property was good including the staff who are quite helpful. The only item that could be substantially improved is the water pressure on the 5th floor suites. We had two rooms on that floor but the water pressure was so low that the Bidets were completely usable. "

"This place has amazing location. The artwork Collextion is astounding and the rooms are beautiful and contemporary. The staff is actually very welcoming and friendly like they’re happy to see you - which is been refreshing. It’s nice to feel welcomed and a Syed as a guest in hospitality. There were several properties we stayed at on this trip and this by far the BEST hotel. "

"Buses was the only bad thing about the place It was really hard to get public transport despite the camping wasn’t far to the city centre. Also all you can eat breakfast is a bit too expensive "

"The elevetor was small . The street sidewalk outside the hotel had broken pieces of it, was a challenge for an electric wheelchair. The room , the cleanliness and the staff all were satisfying"

"The hotel was great! It seemed central for us to popular attractions and shopping! The beds were comfy, Bathrooms was spacious, and we enjoyed all the food options. Breakfast was great, big selections, room service was delicious and the resturant and rooftop were great as well! Our room was located near and alley and we were there through New Year’s Eve so it seemed extremely loud, but of course the hotel couldn’t help that! Parking was off site and expensive but we knew that ahead of time."

"Very nice classy hotel. In walking distance from all attractions. Very quiet and nice area around. Hotel personnel was very kind and caring. They helped with everything: sightseeing, food recommendations, calling taxi, extra blankets, socket adapters, you name it! You feel like you’re their guest. Room was small but very tidy and looked like it was remodeled recently. We truly enjoyed our stay! "

"We stayed at their apartment which is in a separate building. Super convenient for families. The Rooms were spacious, we had two bathroom and a small kitchen. The Hotel/Apartment is centrally located, with tons of excellent restaurants, pharmacy, small markets and endless stores. We walked to many of the monuments. Area is super safe and just beautiful.
