"This property was lovely. The reception staff were excellent and welcoming. The only down side was the breakfast where it was quite chaotic. This was not helped by a confusing layout with different foods all over and similar types of food separated. Lack of bowls, teabags and milk too. Overall though a great stay (breakfast a minor thing). "

"Great central hotel to stay in the Colonial district. The rooms are big and the rates are reasonable for such a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful and there are so many dining options in walking distance. The MRT is on the doorstep so going further afield was very convenient. "

"Its often hard to know when booking a hotel if its a good location. As it turns out, the location is fantastic, close enough to the city without being overwhelming, close to the Arab district which is lively and full of great eating options. Public transport options from this hotel are great too, 2 MRT's close by and bus service out the front. We used our hotel as our home base, and were out most days. "Perfect location to get around the city area. Amazing hawker food centre within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Less than half an hour direct train ride from the airport."

"Not the hotels initial problem, but our neighbours in the surrounding rooms were noisy every single night until they checked out. Staff tried but didn't make any difference. The room is also very small!"

"The location is super convenient to shopping and eating. The hotel is very nice and decor is spectacular. The only downside is the water is at a set temp and just feel hot and not like other hotels that you can take a nice photo bath. I never found this situation in any hotels that I have been in Asia. Overall I ha d wonderful stay at the hotel and will come back again and recommend any one who has not tried."

"Everyone knows Singapore’s property prices are amongst the highest in the world. Hence, rooms are generally small for the money. Trying to find accomodation that takes three people is tricky. Trying to find one that is thoughtfully designed to take more than two people at a time is also particularly difficult. "This was our second time staying at this property, This time we brought along friends that were going on the same cruise as us. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel food was a bit pricey but good. We have another cruise starting in Singapore next year and will most likely stay there again."

"My wife and I stayed at Pullman for our honeymoon. We had a room with Marina Bay view with extra cost. Everything was great except the fact the walls between rooms are not sound proof. I was able to hear the Chinese couple making love all night long. They were very enthusiastic and loving each other:) Fun experience "

"Overall decent stay in November 2024. The check-in process took a lifetime though there is the option to do a portion electronically ahead of time, which is recommended. We did not and paid the price. Our family booked 3 rooms here. The staff was nice enough to put us on the top floor for the sake of our baby due to construction below.
