"Great location. 15 mins walk from Koln mainline station, cathedral and the main shopping areas. Modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We opted out of breakfast so cannot comment. My bed was harder than I'd prefer, but I was only there for 2 nights. My roommate felt it was ok however. "

"This is a great hotel, very convenient for visiting the Christmas markets. We enjoyed their touch of coffee and water available and some gluhwein occasionally. Only complaint was our room description- 1 bedroom suite in every other hotel we’ve stayed in has meant a separate room for sleeping and this is what we expected as we were travelling with 2 older teen boys. "Stayed here 6 years ago so decided to stay again. We will return in the future. Yes the rooms are a bit tired but the check in was slick , friendly and luckily available earlier than planned. Property is warm and comfortable. Location to Central Station/cathedral is perfect. It's a place i will come back to."
