"I have given this property 5 Stars in the past. We love the Diamond Suite and request it, but please adjust the toilet seat so that it sits on the bowl properly. It needed adjustment in September 2024 and still does. Unfortunately, the outside noise level has gone up. It seems like 1 a.m. is the curfew. It was LOUD, and on Friday night, two car alarms went off, which made me wonder if cars were being vandalized. There was an issue with the elevator both times we stayed. We love everything else...
