"The front desk team was spectacular. Super friendly and informative. Cookies were a nice touch. I appreciate that. The hotel overall was a little sad to me. Not very well kept - old, shoddy furniture in the lobby and public areas, unmatching and out dated. The rooms were acceptable but it kind of felt like they were like do we do a complete remodel...? No, let's just do the bathrooms. The bathrooms were really nice and updated. Everything else was just so do. Need was comfy, pillows...
