"Great location. 1 block from Upham Beach. Close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The buildings are old & quirky but whimsical. You need to run the sinks to get the hot water and increase the pressure. "

"Thus is an older motel style lodging. We liked it for the nostalgia. The beach was a very short walk behind the motel. Robert was wonderful and provided a lot of info about the area. We love to walk and walked to and from John's pass a couple times. There was also a wonderful walking path along the beach."

"The unit was very nice - clean, large, with a small kitchenette. Unfortunately while I was there, the elevator was out of service because of the hurricane so you may want to check to find out if you can get a lower level room if climbing to the fourth floor will be a problem for you. Also, while I was there, there were a number of children who were running up and down outside my room before 8 o’clock each day. I like kids, but it definitely interfered with sleeping in.
