"Being staying in this property each time I am home visiting family during X’mas & New Year, and it never disappoints. Staff services are great, rooms are clean and closed to amenities. Best thing is I can move the airport luggage cart to drag my luggages from my room to check in counter!"

Located at convenient location, 15-18 minutes by Taxi or Grab to key locations i.e. Airport, Universal Studio Singapore, Art Science Museum. 1 minute walk to 7 eleven, MRT station, local supermarket, Hawker centre and shopping mall 100 am. Staff are professional & friendly. Highly recommended "

"Every time I visit Singapore I stay at the Carlton. The staff are very attentive and friendly (special shout out to the bar staff and Kesh who take good care of you). Rooms are very comfortable, breakfast has plenty of options and great location in the city. "

"The hotel is in a great central location and there are both MRT stations and taxi stands nearby. I appreciated having the mall next door to grab a quick bite or stop by the 7-11 for a SIM card. The thing I appreciated most was that I was able to get access to our room early in the day which was great as we had taken a red-eye and desperately needed a nap. I know that's not guaranteed by any hotel but they somehow made it happen!"
