"The hotel is charming, built in the old YMCA building with a restored fitness pool, hot tub and sauna. "My room was much bigger than it seemed in the picture and was very well designed. It appeared to have been refurbished, but to a high standard. There was minimal noise bleed from other guests as it was a corner room. Bed was comfortabke with well laundered linen and there were loads of nice towels. "Had to have dryer serviced. Took several calls to get someone to come out and fix. They ended up replacing it with a smaller dryer that took a very long time to cycle through and even then didn’t really dry. Atleast they tried to fix, but not good enough. "

"This hotel experience was amazing starting from the customer service at the door, to the restaurant, and condition of the room. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the food could have been much better for the price, and the water pressure in the shower was less than stellar. "The restaurant was slow, food choices were limited (only bar food in the evening and not even a choice to order a salad in the evening), there were no microwaves in the room (we couldn't even make a bag of popcorn). The people at the hotel were AWESOME though. VERY friendly and as accommodating as possible. I made a request for extra pillows, and they were delivered within 10 minutes. SUPER friendly staff!! The hotel was INCREDIBLY clean! "
