"This hotel is new and very clean. But some staff can't speak English. And laundry is so expensive. there is no laundry machine. when I ordered the ice box, the respons was so slow. the room service made very early morning call by mistake in spite of I did not order. so I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. "An old hotel but retains its friendly service and cleanliness. Check-in and out is fast, staff has good attitude, except the male cleaner entering the female toilet (ground floor toilet) without knocking startled me - management should assign a female cleaner instead. There's a good Korean restaurant right next door. It's an additional perks that the hotel provides shuttle car to nearby Lippo Mall, City Walk and other nearby areas. Breakfast was not up to my expectations, though....
