"Good value for money. For families, it’s nice to have a two BR apartment. With a car or a bike, it’s a great location for the Christmas markets and the vineyards. Warm pool and sauna are nice too."

"Stay away from this hotel! It's a horrible place, terrible conditions, the place is not a HOTEL but a hostel with shared bathrooms and the manager Ioanna refuses to refund me money. I booked a 2 nights stay, with refundable tariff, and immediately after getting there I asked to cancel my second night - the manager Ioanna agreed to the refund, and assured me that I would get the money back (after she has taken a full payment for 2 nights) I left the hotel and now she is denying the refund, she is...

"We had a fantastic stay at La Diligence Obernai, service and facilities were top notch. The location was lovely, we booked the balcony suite with its spectacular view and booked parking through the hotel which proved smart during the Christmas markets."

"Unfortunately the bathroom needed a shower screen or curtain over the bath. There was no soap etc, not good after Covid. There was no bottled water in the room. The bed was very hard. However, the hotel has a lovely ambience, unchanged for many years of our visiting. "

"If you want to go back in time to the 1980's then this is for you. Nice enough staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refit. Plastic covered dining tables just topped it off. Brought back memories of Butlins as a kid in the 80's. We've done a trip from the UK, through Belgium and Germany. This is the most expensive hotel we've stopped in, but definitely the worst. My advice, find somewhere else to stay"

"Myself and a friend made a last minute reservation at this hotel. For a budget hotel this place has everything you need and I must say the staff were exceptional and really helped with everything. I wish I knew their names but they honestly made our stay very enjoyable and we can’t thank them enough!"
