"Great location with easy access to the transit system. The hotel room was tired and we got an “upgrade” to a room with a balcony. Do not do this! Smaller room and it is far too hot/humid to need a balcony. Mostly we liked the location. "

When we questioned the fee we were told we would have a free upgrade to compensate the fee. However, my room was not a refurbished room and was very tired and outdated."

The bed was the most uncomfortable that I have experienced in my travels The mattress was 3-4 inches thick, hard, so worn out that it had a valley right down the middle that was impossible to roll out of. Once you were in "The Valley" you were stuck there. I woke up everyday with extreme back, neck and shoulder pain. Now what did i like? The staff were helpful. The water in the showers was hot. "The hotel is located in a great area. MRT station, hawker centers, and a nice mix of bars and restaurants are nearby. Service was friendly and helpful. The room is on the smaller side and the air conditioner was slow to respond/cool the room down, however overall good value for the price. Wifi is free, however the connection was inconsistent. "

"Convenient location, closed to eating places. However, the name of the hotel is different from what we booked. Most of the customer wasted lots of time looking for this hotel though they have arrived st the right places. No window in the room means no natural light and poor ventilation."
