"With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. "Check in was easy enough.. didn't realise it was a hostel rather than a hotel.. so my immediate reaction was to find another place to stay.. But we were given a room on the top floor.. The room was clean and comfortable with basic facilities with ensuite bathroom.. A little worn but seemed adequate for our one night stay.. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable and clean.. TV had English channels which was a bonus .. The location of the hotel was opposite the train station.. A few minutes walk...

"The people cleaning were very sweet and nice. Sadly the apartment was in very poor condition. Mold in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Around the corner was a pub or something which means it was loud during the evening and night. The area around the apartment seems to be in a notcso nice area. The positive thing was that it was close to the train station and centrum of the city. Would not recommand going there with children."
