Staff at the reception area were very friendly and welcoming. The room itself was very nice, bed was comfy and nice and clean. Would definitely stay again. The price for the stay is amazing!

I liked it's close / walkable distance to Grant Park, several Chicago Loop train stops, and other attractions. Rooms and faciliteis were fine. The front desk staff was very helpful. They have a security guard at night to check entrants to make sure they are guests who have a room booked.
