"Lovely hotel and the restaurant was good"

"I love the spacious suite/room. Check in and check out was quick. The evening manager reception where they offered 2 drinks was a nice touch. One of the best free/included breakfasts offered by a hotel. Nice location. The only problem we encountered was that the loading/unloading parking spots in front of the hotel were occupied for at least 40 minutes (that’s how long it took for us to be able to park anywhere remotely close to the hotel to load up our bags, strollers, car seats, etc as we were traveling with a baby and a toddler; the loading area was still occupied by someone who parked there for 40 minutes, yes PARKED). Unfortunately, management didn’t care to help with the situation and told us that we had to be the ones to call the police about it. I mean, it is their (hotel’s) establishment, and we were hotel guests, but the loading and unloading zone issue was our problem apparently. Other than that, we had no other issues with this hotel. Just be advised that you could be delayed by the same issue we faced."

"We booked an overnight stay for my birthday and everything was perfect, from the parking next door to the location to the friendliness of the staff to the beautiful decorations in the lobby!!! I would absolutely stay here again, and look forward to it!"
