"The building and the grounds were beautiful. The decor was for us very old fashioned. A matter of opinion I’m sure and probably very French but the old pictures and stuffed animals were slightly too much. Having said that the restaurant was lovely as was the breakfast. We arrived very late and a very kind gentleman, stayed on to check us in. I’m sure in the summer months when the sun is shining and the pool is open it would be even more beautiful."

"Amazing great Chateau with lovely spacious rooms - off season it was a skeleton staff but they were friendly and attentive. The food was top notch - worth the trip for that alone. Golfists would enjoy it too."

"Lovely friendly staff, my upset at not having enough pillows and coat hangers was rectified immediately. The only downside was the breakfast was not worth the 10 E that it cost. Otherwise a comfortable stay. Would go again "

"The hosts were really accommodating and friendly, made us feel so welcome. Our flight was cancelled so we needed to find a place to stay, they made sure our stay was as relaxing as possible with two young children. The breakfast was amazing, highly recommend. Will be back thank you. "

"Well done to Marion and her team. They have booked us Taxis, made us Pizzas, provided local information for buses, shops and restaurants, supplied extra towels and a hairdryer. The continental style breakfast is good value in price, and the facility is clean and well managed. Everyone has spoken English, been polite, friendly and professional. "Wonderful property and host. My daughter and I only spent one night here as we were exploring the area but the room was wonderful and we had a great meal as well as breakfast. It was off season and the property was just finishing updates. I'd definitely stay here again in the future - even pinned it to my google maps to make sure I don't forget the name! "

"It was decent. There are safes in the rooms but ours didn’t work. When I told the owner , he said that nobody were using them anyway. I said that people probably didn’t because they were not working, although they looked brand new. He responded that they needed batteries, but they didn’t need any since nobody was using them. This is definitely the wrong answer to qualify for being customer oriented. Some staff lacked grooming."
