The property was nice however we had to switch rooms because of gnats but that didn’t help because there were more in the other room as well. We didn’t change rooms or up to another hotel because it was late.

Pictures are misleading for the rooms. They are outdated and fairly dingy, but the staff do a nice job of doing the best with what they’ve got. The staff are excellent, the young lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful and cheerful, as well as other staff on site. The elevator was really dirty, looks like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed for a week. I may have been paranoid after the elevator but also felt a bit itchy sleeping in the bed, not sure if I can vouch for the cleanliness of the place. The aircon in the room was extremely noisy so we couldn’t have it turned on whilst in the room and there was also an unpleasant odour to the room.

Check-in and staff were great. Friendly, helpful, etc... The hotel itself has some challenges... WiFi is slow. They offered to move my room, but I went around the hotel testing it, and it has troubles in many areas during evening hours when everyone was there. No breakfast despite pics making it look like there's an area - there is, but apparently not permitted. No restaurant/bar. Again in the pics, but not permitted. Fitness center was rough. Elliptical needed an overhaul and the dumbbells were mismatched and no pairs at lower weights up to 25 or 30. I even called ahead to ask about the fitness area and they said it was all good... Not so much. Rooms have floor standing window A/C's, so be aware of that also. Ice machine on the second floor was closed for "cleaning" the whole time I was there. Had to go to the 6th floor. It's near the passenger train station and you can definitely hear that. I used white noise app and it drowned it out. There were definitely some shady people hanging around the property at night, and I'm pretty sure I saw a drug deal going down around midnight... They seem to be working on their property overall, so there will probably be improvements coming in the future.

Kennedy and the other girl this morning at the checkout desk were absolutely wonderful! I had the room with the living room little wet bar area and separate bedroom. The bed was comfortable and I slept great. I didn't arrive till 4:00 in the morning so they gave me a late check out so I could get a good night's sleep which I did and I was so thankful to them for that. The rate for the room was great price! It could use a little updating in some areas but for the accommodations in the price I was pleasantly pleased. It has a nice outdoor sitting area with a fire pit as well
