"The staff were excellent - at all levels. Initial welcome was friendly and efficient and housekeeping was first class. Rooms lovelyu and clean. Only issue we had was that the first room was full of "characterful" eaves but also angles and low ceilings which would have been fantastic for smaller guests but for a 6ft 2 big lad with only one eye was asking for trouble which I then duly got! "Carlos was so helpful and welcoming. Lovely atomosphere. We ate dinner and breakfast in the bar downstairs. Tasty food. Rooms nice and quiet. Slept really well. No lifts so just to be aware of that if you have any mobility issues. Would visit again for sure. "

"The staff were incredibly lovely and kind, giving advice about the area and nearest places to eat/shop and travel. Bed were very comfortable and the area was quiet so we had a great nights sleep. Check in/check out was made very easy by all staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be staying at the Adria again when we come to London."
