As with most of the pensions in the area, Korean is their language, but if communicated in advance they can get assistance from friends to translate messages in English. Had the largest place (large bedroom/living room area separated from entrance/kitchen and bathroom. Very clean and fully equipped for cooking."

"가족여행으로 남해와 왔는데 너무 편하고 이쁜 펜션에서 묵을수 있어서 여행이 업그레이드 됬습니다! 사장님께서 너무 친절하시고, 소통도 잘되고, 체크인도 너무 쉬웠습니다. 겨울이라 방도 화장실도 살짝 추웠는데 침대에는 전기담뇨가 깔려있어서 너무 편하게 잘 잤고, 화장실은 처음에 추워도 좀 있으면 견딜만 합니다. 샤워를 하면 금방 따듯해지고요. 잘 쉬고 갑니자~^^"

"예상 했던대로 1. 뷰가 정~~말 훌륭했어요. 2. 산, 바다, 일몰, 일출 모든 걸 볼 수 있었던 위치였어요 핑크 방만 남아 있어서 좀 걱정했는데 은은한, 과하지 않은 핑크색이었고 출발하면서 사 갔던 와인과 맥주를 3. 별 보며 신랑과 함께 즐겨서 정말 행복했어요. 4. 주인 분도 정말 친절 하셨어요. 특히 당부 사항을 간단하게 해주셔서 정말 좋았어요. 5. 난방과 온수가 별도로 돼 있어서 손댈 필요가 없었고 침대도 퀸이었고, 바닥이 뜨끈해서 가져간 뽀송한 이불 덮고 바닥에서 잤어요 독일 마을 쪽에서만 숙박 하다가 다랭이 마을 쪽에서 지난번의 캠핑 한 기억이 너무 좋아서 이쪽에 숙박을 잡았는데 정말 대만족 입니다."

"모든 staff가 친절하고, 숙소의 컨디션이 훌륭했습니다. 방, 욕실, 부엌 모두 깨끗했고, 아침에 캡슐커피를 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 호텔식 침구라 뽀송뽀송하고 따뜻했고요, 수건을 넉넉하게 주셔서 좋았습니다.수영장이 제법 커서 저희 아이들이 즐겁게 놀았습니다. 샤워 가운(Bathrobe)은 수영 후에 요긴하게 입었습니다. 부모님도 너무나 만족하셨습니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 벌레(곤충?)가 많아요. 사실 이건 날씨와 조명의 문제일 수는 있어요. 야외랑 연결되어 있고 조명이 밝은 수영장과 부엌은 어쩔 수 없었던 것 같아요. ^^ 하지만 그것마저도 ㅎㅎㅎ 다시 가고 싶을만큼 너무나 훌륭했습니다. "저는 프리미어 더블룸을 예약했고 더블침대가 있는 방을 안내받았습니다. 룸에는 더블 침대에 싱글사이즈 이불이 덮여있었어요. 이불이 너무 작아 프론트에 교체를 요청하니 수량이 부족해 싱글이불밖에 없다며 싱글이불을 하나 더 가져다 준다고 했습니다. 잠시 후 직원이 싱글이불을 가져왔길래 나름 4성급 호텔인데 이불 사이즈가 없는 경우는 처음이라 당황스럽다고 했더니 본 호텔은 임대 호텔이라 별같은 건 의미 없다는 답변을 받았습니다. 이게 호텔 직원한테 들을 적절한 답변이었는지는 모르겠지만. 호텔이 직접 지은 건지 임대인지가 중요하지 않았지만, '임대호텔이라 크게 투자도 관리도 안하는 호텔입니다.'라는 인상을 주셔서 안타깝네요. 이후 노후된 시설이며, 객실 구석의 먼지, 욕실 샤워부스의 검은 물때와 곰팡이까지 눈에 들어오며 아.. 임대호텔이라 그런가.. 싶었습니다. 물론 아니겠지만, 저런식의 대답은 호텔과 직원에게 아무런 도움이 안된다는 것을 알았으면 좋겠습니다.
