"This property is perfectly placed for skiers… beside a ski rental shop and bus stop. The apartment met our needs with a fridge/microwave/cook top plus a balcony. We had twin beds with puffy pillows and duvets. Staff were helpful and kind. Check in is at a different location (Alpen Spa resort), staff there were pleasant and kind, provided us with a glass of Preseco on arrival. The Spa at this resort is phenomenal… well worth 20 Swiss Francs for a day pass. "

"Easy walk from the train. The staff were very helpful. Room was clean and large with a nice balcony. Spa was fantastic as was the breakfast. All in all, a great stay!"

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"The apartment was ready when we arrived. Check-in was easy and quick. The apartment was clean and tidy. "

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"Great property and fairly convenient location. About 10-15 minute walk to Sunnegga lift and about 5 minutes to the bus. Ski locker and boot room adjacent to entrance makes gearing up very straightforward. Property manager very professional and responsive. Only downside was a door lock that didn’t work. "This property was centrally located and absolutely perfect for our trip. The staff was incredible and our room spacious and clean. The breakfasts were amazing as were the 3-5pm coffee and desserts they offered in the lobby every day. Perfect place to stay!!!!"
