"This was the second time staying at this location, this time for 2 nights (We extended our stay) due to its proximity to Palermo and other sights as well as a wonderful attentive host and a very nice place. This is a new building, very well kept, secure parking within gated area. "This is a basic B&B in a nice neighborhood in Mondello walking distance to a very nice beach. We used this place as a base to visit Palermo and other sites of interest without having to worry about driving and parking. It is clean and the hosts were friendly and offered a number of homemade panini and cakes for breakfast. The room reminded me of a dorm room with very simple board furniture. This is a personal opinion, the mattress was OK but the mattress cover (made with plastic interior)...
