"Checking in was easy. Staff was pleasant. The entire hotel is clean and actually smells extremely clean. The room is really nice and the handicap shower is really cool! They have two elevators one was down the entire trip. And on my final day to check out I waited for 15 minutes while housekeeping was trying to get the elevator to come up for me it kept going out. So now two elevators are gone. When I got to the front desk to notify the lady like housekeeping instructed me to, that rude woman...

"Hotel was clean and easy check in. Walkable to Broadway but far enough away it's quiet at night. Front desk staff was great. No free breakfast though and must use valet to park however valet was one of the smoothest experiences with a hotel I've used. Would stay again"

"The on duty manager, Ray, was very helpful when we had to check out and leave early due to the weather. Also, breakfast was over but he still took the time to make my mom a cup of coffee."
