"Location in Singapore is second to none as it is directly above a large shopping mall with great selection of eateries and shops. Also direct acess to the MRT which is a big bonus. Faces a beautiful green area and overlooks some of the more quaint colonial buildings whilst easy to walk from the hotel to Marina Bay and the Gardens. Also, opposite Raffles Hotel and a further large shopping mall and CHIJMES which has great eating options. The only downsides were (a) check-in not possible until...

"Close to MRT and shopping "

"Lovely hotel that is very centrally located yet peaceful. They also upgraded us to a bigger room, which we appreciated. However, during our stay one of their staff disposed of my shoebox (and receipt), which was placed on a chair. I had tried the shoes on and was debating whether to exchange them for a different size but this meant I was unable to do so.
