"The rooms are lovely and large and the view of the harbour is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean although they are starting to look a bit tired and dated in places which is a shame as it's a lovely hotel. We did struggle with breakfast at the weekend as I think they were understaffed in the main restaurant so we left as there was a 45 minute wait. Apart from that we would stay again. "

"The hotel staff was exemplary. The hotel itself was nicely upgraded with modern conveniences and was as comfortable as any place I've stayed. An onsite gift shop would have been nice, but I wouldn't say it was an inconvenience per se. "

"I liked how close this was to the Aquarium. The parking was convenient and lots of options that were walkable. The pool is ok. The hot tub looked like it was under construction. It was covered and unusable. "

"Comfortable room and bed, great location, breakfast, front desk helpful. Would stay there again. A little chilly in lobby, but it was cold outside."
