"We have never stayed at a Hawthorne Inn Hotel before. Im thrilled that i have Hawthorne Inn a chance! We were pleasantly surprised!! Check on was a breeze! Hotel was modern, very clean, safe & great customer service! Our room was big, very clean & comfortable! I had a problem with the TV remotes, totally my fault & couldn't figure it out. "The breakfast was delicious and the staff nice. The buildings is a bit outdated and could use more detail cleaning but was still overall clean. The pool area needs to be fix and the Pelton at the gym as well. I still really enjoyed our stay and would stay again here. "

"I first stayed at this hotel 12 years ago. Back then it was truly mid century modern. All that furniture had been replaced with standard hotel room furniture. The place is dingey now. No me breakfast offered, sections of the hotel are roped off/closed, the temperature in my room didn't get higher than 67 in the 3 days I was there, and MANY times, the front desk was completely unstaffed."
