"Absolutely top class hotel in Antigua. We stayed here for one night, and from the moment we walked in the service was incredible. The front desk staff were very welcoming, spoke perfect English and we were able to check in nearly 2 hours early since the room was ready. The room was huge, well appointed and extremely comfortable. "The house was cute, with a nice courtyard and rooftop terrace to look at the volcanoes. Check-in was a little hectic since a bus load of tourists had arrived at the same time. This seems to be the standard guest at this hotel, and only they have access to meals at the hotel. In the morning, one of the tour leaders was screaming through the hotel that breakfast was ready, at 6:30... We and another regular guest complained about that.
