"This was my second time and the whole experience was great, the only issue i have, was the same from the last time, is that the shower floor is really slippery, it is a saftey issue when its so slippery that you can fall and get injured. I had to use the towels, that they give, to put on the floor to keep me from falling. Other than that it was great. Thank you so much."

"Beautiful property! Has be well kept and maintained. We had a nice stay during the offseason. Honestly, I think we were the only couple at the entire resort so it was very quiet. Received assistance booking a wine tour which was super helpful since we don’t speak Spanish. Only complaint is the rooms were cold when we arrived. Took a while for the heater to warm up the room, then the heat turned off in the morning. Otherwise, nice stay! "

"This property is ideal for an overnight stay before a flight, clean & comfortable, nice quality linens and very nice breakfast. While the area is not great the hotel is gated with a barrier, security guard and thief deterrent fencing. You can come and go quite easily and safely by Uber but you wouldn't want to walk anywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. "

"We thought about cancelling our reservation before we even saw the room, then we saw the room and immediately decided to cancel. The place was swarming with ants - in the hallways and again inside our room. The furniture was very worn - the leather couch was peeling, the chairs were rusted. The toilet in the bathroom did not flush. Most of all, the entire complex (even outside) had the strongest, most nauseating smell. It was like something had exploded an air freshener bomb to cover something...

"This was a very interesting place. Quite eccentric. We were greeted by a porcelain doll. We met Lobito the cat who came to visit us in our room a few times. A home converted into a B&B. Friendly service."

"Staff were welcoming and friendly. Quiet safe location. However, I had to ask three times about my complimentary bottle of wine - which was a 350ml size. The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant. Could use more complimentary water."

"Amazing tourist and relaxation destination in Maipo Valley. On-site activities and restaurant. We got massages and did the Zipline. Wish we had more days here for horse rides and swimming in the pool! Staff was super helpful. WiFi only in common areas."
