"Excellent Hotel, and would definitely book again, especially for the price. Booked 2 rooms and the only negative point would be that due to the rooms having a small kitchen area one of the rooms still had a very strong smell of curry lingering in the room from the previous occupant. This smell lingered throughout my stay."

"Second time staying here and don’t think k I’ll be back. I booked a room with a balcony which the door didn’t open so couldn’t go out, the hotel maintenance staff came to repair but stood and looked and said I think it needs reporting. This morning having a 12pm check out thought we would take the opportunity to have a lay in and a chilled morning for the cleaning staff keep coming in and out of our room even though I’d put the do not disturb sign on the door. "

"We like the location of this hotel and that there is parking really close by. Our room was on the street side and it was really noisy until late so if you have children I would recommend you check where your room is. But the rooms are clean and have nice facilities such as an iron and ironing board "

"Quick check in at a busy time. Friendly staff. Nice clean room with a comfortable bed. The TV needs returned so all Freeview channels are available, including GB News. I was only able to watch mainstream media rather than Headliners. The toilet flush trickled water for a long time."

"Lovely hotel - staff were so friendly and helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The room was very comfortable and we had a great view of the river. Couple of minor niggles, the room service tray wasn’t collected for quite a while and I did have to ask for it to be removed. The heating is way too high and I couldn’t adjust it. good hotel good stay

"on arrival the room was nice on the 11th floor with views of river.we went out for a meal and arrived back about 9pm.the hotel has a bar above this floor and we heard every footstep and dancing above us and the music was as loud as if we were at the club.people were in and out of the lifts on our floor to go upstairs.there was no control with these people as they came from the street and were not guests at the hotel.so asked reception to move us.this they did thankfully. the hotel staff are really friendly and food was good.we managed to park outside which was also good."
