"This property is located in the heart of Birmingham. The property itself is very nice but the surrounding area let’s not seem safe especially at night. The employees are very nice and they have a great breakfast downstairs."

"The room overall was clean, but not sanitary. Since the pandemic I’ve made it a habit to wipe down surfaces for my children. The kitchen floor want mopped and some surfaces were dusty. The customer service was outstanding, and the amenities were great. I would highly recommend staying here. We would definitely come back in the future. "

"Room was clean. Service was good. Communication barrier with non-English speaking breakfast staff resulted in a wait for supplies like silverware to be restocked. Surrounding view is storage facilities and not attractive, but the hotel itself is nice and appears new. Hotel was 10 minutes drive to U of A and our activities. "
