"The property is in a great location, right in the centre but off the noisy parts. The hotel is nearly two years in business but the room are so well kept as if the hotel only opened some weeks ago. Really recommend this place."

"A really lovely hotel. The room was spotless with really stylish decor and everything you could need for your stay. Free drinks, tea, coffee and snacks. A really comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet in the room as it overlooked the street. Breakfast was very good. Great coffee. Staff so friendly and attentive. I was travelling alone and felt really safe and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!"

"Ideal place to stay, we were attending a wedding at the Town Hall, great for dining, dined at San Carlo which was excellent. Parked at recommended Moorlands NCP, quite a walk to the hotel but good special parking rate of £9 per day. The cooked breakfasts were excellent but they got our second day breakfast wrong and could not arrange a replacement Continental Breakfast due to the ovens having been turned off! Couldn't even supply fruit and yoghurt without a 45 minute delay which we couldn't wait...

"Made very welcome upon arriving, check in was friendly and with a staff member sitting to welcome customers, something I’ve not experienced before….. my room was lovely, decorated as you would expect, with images of the Beatles, but stylishly and tastefully done. I would definitely stay here again! "

"An excellent stay with friends for a city break. The hotel is very convenient in the city centre across the road from central railway station and next door to multi storey carpark which is £6/day with hotel discount. Sitting on the roof of a shopping centre it is so high up that there is little or no noise from the city below...staying on the 9th floor was so quiet and provided a brilliant view of the city below. "My daughter and I stayed here when visiting family in the Liverpool area. We found the area very convenient, with lots of walkable shops, restaurants and bars. It was a very comfortable place to stay, as others have said there is a night club underneath, so if you are a light sleeper Friday and Saturday night you can hear the music, it did not bother us and added to the local color. We used the parking garage with the discount code they supplied and it was a very convenient at a great price....

"The hotel is in a great location, everything you'd need around you. Great option for a short break in Liverpool. Room was lovely and warm slept soundly in the bed. WiFi was patchy at best, though we weren't in the room that long to use it to sky great extent. Extra mention for the staff. Meg, who checked us in, Pat, security man and the lovely cleaner that saw us in the morning were all fantastic and a credit to the hotel. "
