"Overall it was a comfortable and good experience, only blocks away from any eating joints, however my major complaint would be the security deposit for incidentals. You do get charged a lot per day and I stayed for nearly a week which amounted to a few hundred dollars more which they did say would be credited back after about 5-7 business days but they should really post that information in their hotel info when making a reservation and setting up payment ahead of time."

"This was my first visit to Phoenician and check in was pleasant. Sarah, I think was her name was especially nice! It’s a beautiful property- with great views. Some feedback- better coffee in the rooms; check to make sure everything works when rooms turnover. And make the rooms smell fresh. Also, a Shuttle to and from Old town would be a nice touch, as well. Overall a very nice experience. "

"Service at the hotel is really great! Unfortunately, the facility itself is desperately in need of updating. They downplay the condition by positioning it as a classic Mediterranean resort, one of a timeless age. Also, the layout of the villa is "choppy," making it a bit challenging for customers to navigate their way around. Lastly, the resort is directly on East Camelback Rd., making entry/exit difficult via car and virtually impossible on foot (no sidewalks!)."
