"O lugar é muito bonito, bem localizado, o jardim é uma graça. Porém, a estrutura do quarto nem tanto. O vaso sanitário estava quase solto, o chuveiro quase não saia água , nitidamente os buraquinhos estavam entupidos. Ele era 80 ou 80 , ou gelado ou mto quente. Também achei poucos os itens de cozinha, no nosso quarto só havia 2 panelinhas pequenas, sendo elas um fervedor ( Pedi uma penela extra e me entregaram ). Tirando esses detalhes, nos atendeu bem. "The property was extremely tired and run down and did not reflect how it was advertised on the Expedia website. We paid extra for a spa bath which when we turned it on, filled the room with the smell of sewage- we obviously therefore did not use it! Our room smelled damp and there was evidence of mould on the ceiling in our room and in communual areas. The furniture was battered and broken and the shower rusty."

Little piece of paradise

"This hotel is beautiful! our room was spacious, ocean view & poolside! It had a fridge, very good AC and a wonderful breakfast with made to order eggs! The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even helped us to get a taxi back to São Paulo, which was a real challenge through normal channels. There are mosquitoes, as the grounds are very lush and green, so remember your bug spray. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

"The hotel is fantastic, better than expected. The area, the people and the hotel itself were awesome. The hotel has a restaurant and a private beach. The food was fantastic and the beach is clean and well taken care of. I recommend this hotel to everyone wants a get away from life stress."

Great time on the Island Ilhabela

"Very good friendly and relaxing stay over.Family orientated, family environment, very good high quality material being used for building and interior etc., all full functional. Breakfast could be better (on benchmark international), coffee being prepared in pots (individual coffee machine preferred with beans) should be better. Very quiet and harmonic still being very closed to the road, nature in the garden full visible, birds singing in the morning, fitness center, tennis court, swimming and relaxing pool. Summary: Fantastic stay with tendency to repeat again. "
