"Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

The property was small but so well-placed to everything that it was a lovely place to rest our heads. "This apartment was perfect for a few days in bologna. We made the most of the Nespresso machine with pods from the Nespresso shop, which was 10 minutes walk away. There was a lovely bakery round the corner for morning pastries and the best gelato we have tasted from the gelateria just over the road . "The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable including a small kitchen. Very spacious with the exception of the shower, which feels cramped. It is situated in the University area and only about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the centre. The service provided by the reception team was excellent. Communication was clear and my enquiries were responded to immediately and in a friendly, helpful manner. I would definitely stay here again."
