"The hotel was a renovated convent. Completely modern and very well kept. Beautiful property on the other side of the Arno. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio for reference but still within the historic area of Florence. Lots of shops and restaurants in the are. The service was excellent. "Overall very nice. Probably the only criticism was that the roof top bar, which was lovely, was ridiculously expensive. Every Italian bar/restaurant has some sort of house wine if you are not intending to go for broke but one round of ordinary drinks was 41 Euros so we didn’t go back. Around the corner we could get just as good wine for half the price. Not a terrible criticism just an annoyance."

"I was very well looked after staying at this hotel. The reception staff were lovely and all kindly wished me a happy birthday with a note and cake, it was so sweet and thoughtful. Elena was a wonderful therapist who gave me a perfect massage, while being kind and wishing me a happy birthday also. My room was spotless and breakfast options were endless. Great location too.
