"The staff I interacted with everyday at the Watertown Hotel during my 4-night stay there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. House keeping is offered every other day, which works perfect for me. Room amenities, such as coffee was not automatically refilled during room cleaning. But you can easily ask for them at the front desk. They served pineapple shaped sugar cookies daily at the lobby, which give someone who has a sweet tooth something to look forward to everyday. (The staff shared with me that they have the cookies behind their counter all the time, so you can always ask them for it even before or after the afternoon snack time.) The Wi-fi was a little bit unstable during my stay (dropped connection) though."
