"I enjoyed my stay here however there were many disappointments as well. The room wasn’t great. There was mould on the walls in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken. On 2 days out of 3 there was no hot water in the mornings. The TV didn’t work on my 2nd & 3rd day. The patio door was stuck and wouldn’t open or lock properly. The owners weren’t very friendly. "We had rented the apartment and it was very nice, clean and cosy. Fortunately we did not have to cook nor eat onsite because it is really not equipped to do any kind of cooking. Maybe a trashcan in the kitchen could be useful also? Beyond this, the breakfast was nice and staff very friendly. We had just a big issue when checking out where they wanted us to pay 179 EUR for cleaning and other fees... it was 99 80 and I did not understand what it was for. I showed them that we had already paid...

Enjoyable Stay!

"From check-in until check-out, the staff at this property were amazing, professional and exhibited exceptional hospitality! I’d like to give special attention to Marco and Ludovica, who answered my many questions, helped with transportation and set me up with what I feel is the best room at the hotel (105)! The incredible view, 2-door corner balcony and cleanliness of the room made my stay that much more enjoyable. There were many great dining options close by and the expansive, inviting beach was only a 5 minute walk away. Be mindful that in the off-season, local buses are not in service, so transportation to and from this neighborhood will take extra planning. Grazie mille!!! "

Plan Carefully

"My first impressions were that this is a well- appointed and sophisticated resort. The design is beautiful, but be aware that the entire resort is terraced off into multiple levels, so there is lots of stairs. However, there are some strategically located elevators for those that have trouble navigating flights of stairs. My stay was during the first weekend of October 2024 and little did I know, that this is already considered the “off-season“. While that means more affordable lodging rates, it also means a muted vibe and a reduced level of services I’d expect in a 4-star resort. Moreover, the resort is situated outside of town and a visit to the seafront, restaurants , and shops meant a 15 to 20 minute walk. While the resort does have a shuttle van, it was not in operation to transport guests to/from the seafront or the train station (I walked a mile/1.6 km with luggage from the station on check-in day). Uber was not available and no local buses were running in October. The on-site restaurant was mediocre, with the exception of the breakfast which was great! There are 2 tiny bars, but a full-service lounge is needed. But despite these criticisms for the resort as a whole, I must say that ALL of the staff I interacted with during my stay was friendly, professional and accommodating. They exhibited pride in what they did for guests. Overall, I would still recommend a stay here. But be sure to ask a lot of questions about seasonal services before you book or visit. "
