"Really lovely room, modern and stylish. easy and quick check in. Staff members we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. We ate at the Brew Dog Bar and had the most amazing Gelato at the place just over the road Only very small gripe we had was that the A/C is on a door sensor that was a little touchy and it took us a bit to figure our you had to push it quite hard closed to get it to work (room 9) otherwise we had a fantastic stay"

"I got off to a rough start with the property because I arrived late due to a plane cancellation. There was an intercom at the front that was supposed to connect me with an agent that would help me. The agent was not helpful. He kept asking me if I saw a key box, which I did not. "I honestly loved my stay at Veriu Green Square. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean!! The hotel is also very close to the train station (2-minute walk) and many bus stops. I stayed at Veriu due to a terrible surprise at another accommodation, so my experience at Veriu could not have been better. Highly, highly recommend!"

"We loved the location. Loved the staff who were helpful and friendly. They even changed my pillow to suit. Housekeeping was amazing. What we didn't like was the plumbing nosies at night especially. Each time upstairs turn on something you could hear all the pipes. Didn't like the air condition system being so loud too. "

"Great hostel! Don’t have too much experience with hostels but was a good experience all around. Very close to Central Station, made it easy to get around. They clearly did their best to keep it clean and it showed. For location & that alone, would stay again."

"The staff were nice, the rooms are simple, however, they could use some up keep and repair. The room I was in had a broken window latch. The TV light would constantly blink and wake us, so had to be unplugged. The wall also looked dirty under the tv, and could use a clean. Was saddened to find that there as no longer any dining at this hotel. "

"Stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. Mother with 2 teens. Laundry in room was quick and efficient and was surprised detergent was provided. It was a luxury to have a separate washer and dryer. Kitchen was spacious, well equipped and tea towels, sponges and detergent replenished throughout 6 day stay. Netflix available. Mattresses weren’t very thick or firm on king bed or pull out sofa. AC was effective. Bathroom spacious and included separate bathtub. Amenities topped up. APX World Plaza Shopping Centre across the road housed plenty of food options but Coles was a bonus as it was used for supplies and food which I prepared in the kitchen for breakfast, travel lunches and dinner. China Town light rail stop around the corner. It was very quiet and only the odd siren broke the silence. The floor had a very strong smoke smell which was overpowering. "
