"Just an issue with the breakfast on 2/15 it was late coming out there was a fruit fly in the apple juice everything that he could put out out was cold but the next day young black man put out everything on time hot and fresh.They reason why i book my room at the hyatt is because of the breakfast and how clean it is. "The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. "

"The room was nicely sized and fairly sound proof. There was a moderate amount of ambient noise that could be heard from either side of the room during the early hours of the morning and later at night, most likely as other guest got ready for the day or bed. The bathroom was fairly clean but there were some strands of really long hair left in the shower on the shower wall. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the bathroom because I don’t see how they could’ve been missed. "
