"We booked a night here and got confirmation from Hotels.com only to find out that, according to these people, they can accept or deny us. We had the reservation confirmed by this website only to find out that they were full the night we needed and we had to walk across town in the heat. Also, we left our bikes here overnight and they seemed to be tampered with. Awful wifi, too. Poor customer service. Bugs galore. It's also difficult to find from the main road. "This place is a gem! Safe , clean and so well kept. You see the staff everywhere taking care of the facilities. The room was so clean, bed was perfect, kitchenette was very useful but it didn’t have utensils of any kind, little microwave and fridge. Oh and the room is quite spacious! Hotel has one of the few ( that I saw) guarded entrances. The staff was sweet and helpful. Great place to stay! We would definitely be back"
