I showed for my reservation at the Hilton Inn express in cape Girardeau Mo, and was told that my reservation had been cancelled. The property said to take it up with Expedia. I contacted you but because the prompts were SO FAST, I could not keep up and my chat and phone call were cancelled. My iternary number was 72850963432875. They said that I had been refunded for this reservation, however the Holiday Inn Express blamed it on Expedia and Expedia blamed it on Holiday Inn. I have copies of my reservation and the receipt which now gives a zero balance. I just had driven 19 hours only to find out I didn’t have a reservation and they were full! Needless to say I am very angry. I was called back and told that they had had a cancellation, so we have a room thankfully. This passing the buck is completely unprofessional and I still don’t know what happened. I want to make sure I only paid for this room once and that I be compensated for the emotional stress this has caused me.
