"Wonderful hotel, great value. Miriam in the reception was extremely helpful when we needed to change our room, hotels.com is misleading when it says double beds, they are full size beds and not queen size, we needed a change in our room so we could sleep comfortably. Miriam was extremely helpful. We want to give a special mention to our driver Leoncio Puma, we met him at the hotel while he was there to drive another guest, and hire him to take us to the airport the next day. Very professional, clean and comfortable car, even offer to stop along the way for some sightseeing. "

"The Tierra Viva Puno Plaza was an excellent hotel and I would recommend. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We arrived very early and planned to just put our belongings behind the counter while we did a day trip but they let us into our room! Also, they saw it was my birthday on my passport and delivered a surprise cake to our room! It was close to city center and we were able to watch a local festival. I would recommend!"
