"2nd time there. Expedia “VIP” service. Check in was supposed to be fast for VIP but there was some mishaps. Other than that I love it there. But pools got quite dirty by the afternoon. I only noticed because I went to the Grand & swimming pools there were more clearer. I would highly recommend the Grand for families with Children or just get the day passes to visit there. "

"The location is off the beaten path. Howe, oncenyoubarrive its a very welcoming surprise. If you want to relax in comfort, without the fast pace of Cancun. This is the perfect location. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very affordable. The staff were warm and welcoming. We were able to meet the owner and he was such a greatbperson. Spend a few more dollors and get the suite. The balcony is worth the few extra dollars. We will definitely be back many times over."

"The hotel was good value for the money. Make sure you don’t get there before 3:00pm, they will not allow early check-in, even if it’s an hour before 3:00pm. The wifi is unsecured.
